Our Pastors, along with the Body of Elders, are responsible for the spiritual aspects of our Church.
Our Church Constitution follows the Biblical guidelines for a New Testament Church as laid out in Scripture.
Under the oversite of the Body of Elders are the 7 Ministries of Lighthouse of Hope. The Elders prayerfully appoint the 7 Coordinators and each Coordinator chooses their own assistants and Program Heads.
There is presently a global shift in leadership taking place in the Body of Christ. Many Churches are transitioning into an apostolic call and ministry. We believe that this is important if we are going to move into the next level of power, grace and anointing.
Ephesians 4:11-12 (New International Version) “It was He who gave some to be APOSTLES, some to be PROPHETS, some to be EVANGELISTS, and some to be PASTORS and TEACHERS, to prepare God’s people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up.”
1 Corinthians 12:27-28 (New International Version) “Now you are the body of Christ, and each one of you is a part of it. And in the church God has appointed first of all apostles, second prophets, third teachers, then workers of miracles, also those having gifts of healing, those able to help others, those with gifts of administration, and those speaking in different kinds of tongues.”
This is an exciting time for the Church! God is breaking the limitations off our lives and releasing us into our destinies! Our desire is to see Churches and leaders come into the fullness of what God has ordained. Let us not live beneath our privilege. Let us rise up and embrace everything that our Lord Jesus Christ died and shed His blood to purchase for us. We will bring pleasure to God and displeasure to the enemy.
May grace and peace be multiplied unto the Church of Jesus Christ!
